Fast and Feast ……Feast and fast

And ironically the most influential part is the “in” between

the reflective interlude

One is thoughtful and inquisitive during the “lean or fasting times” ….that gleaned insight is transferred to the time of “feasting” as appreciation for the temporary reprieve from the uncertainty of poverty which inadvertently will return in varying degrees

so to approve and appreciate the various menu’s of life is a signal that life is neither “foe” nor friend…. It just is

what one chooses to do with what is presented will determine how you enjoy the meal
