Sometimes I try to be “that guy”……. But it never works….

because I’m not that guy…… I’m this guy

this guy tells people what he thinks…. trying to be somewhat diplomatic

that guy tells people what he thinks they want to hear….. changing colors like a chameleon

this guy expects to be respected and tries to be respectful

that guy will tolerate disrespect if it leads to a desired outcome

I just can’t be that guy…. But I forget sometimes and it doesn’t take long until I realize….. I’m just not that guy….
