one must be willing to leave everything

To cut the tethers of the past

And embrace the winds of the present

not knowing the future unlocks the treasure chest of tomorrow

we admit we are heading into a sea of possibilities and our reaction is a mixture of exhilaration and trepidation

we acknowledge we are swimming in a new river and have limited information about its habits and its currents ……

I have little chance of discovering the “ unknown “ if I am tied to the “Ports of Yesterday”….  Those cords are broken and my rudder and sails are directed to “the possibility of knowing “…. What heretofore have remained elusive
