The road smoothed over the rough edges from life’s twists and turns

lending a hand to others helped me heal and helped me learn

what is important and what is not

I have come to understand growing my relationship with God and a partnership with you is how I want this story to end

so this is the last long ride until God puts you by my side

we will roam my country until you have had your fill

and we will return to your home and grow in our faith and love

so I’m sure I will miss the road from time to time the white lines have become my home

 But now that I have found you ….. I don’t want to ride alone
