I’ve tried both ways

a life with faith

and a life without

tho’ skeptical at first

with the slightest measure of hope

i gave it a try

what has happened in the interim?

an unshakable belief in a God that has my front

and back

my life hasn’t changed much

just the way I view it and accept it

that’s has turned confusion

into appreciation
