All artists …. Whatever their medium….if their intention is to be competent…. Must be critical of their creations, or the work just becomes manufactured cookies. A little different icing and a few sprinkles here and there.

If you don’t feel it, if it doesn’t make you comfortable or uncomfortable…..something, don’t put it out there. No smell or stains…no jagged edges….no sweat…. Might as well come out of a box of crackers….. they are all the same and they taste the same and look the same. I like crackers but they aren’t art.

Something has to be off center a bit ajar before it says,”check me out…..there’s more here to discover”.
