but adoption of them as a basis of living

Is like building on a uncertain foundation 

walking blind folded on a tightrope and hoping everything goes well

the expense incurred from adopting unproven and untested policies in one’s life can be very costly

before you sell the farm to buy a schoolhouse

make sure the lessons you are learning have a goal you understand
