If you are under the illusion that a requirement for

“Acceptance”

is Understanding
you are throwing stones at “Goliath”

hope your aim is better than mine

occasionally we are gifted with that “skinny”

but you better not count on it

It is not unusual to encounter many things that are unnerving and unsettling…… accepting them doesn’t come with a requirement to embrace them

if they are against your moral code get away from them

but “liking” them has nothing to do with accepting them

how much effort?

how much time and conversation?

have I wasted trying to uncover what was “under the rock” 🪨

only to flip the rock and nothing was there

a milestone in maturity is accepting some things will never be understood

and some may be exposed but don’t set a timer
