The “ Greed Machine” has many streams that flow into a greedy life.
We suppose that only the wealthy can exhibit this characteristic……. But that isn’t true.

the lust for more is the identification of this trait

• the starving man happens upon a dumpster

where a plethora of new offerings recently deposited is discovered and he is filled to capacity and yet he longs for one more morsel of bread

• A man celebrates his promotion by purchasing a diamond bracelet for his wife ….opening the present his wife manages a thin smile and wonders why there are no earrings to match
• a merchant weights the scrap metal on the scale ………and adjusts the actual amount to his benefit…… and never realizes why he eats anti acids by the dozens every day

Greed has as many forms as leaves 🍁 on a tree …. But when those leaves fall……they all have the same effect…….clutter that distorts our view and needs to be cleaned up.

Greed is the seed of the vine that grows around our soul and strangles out the “Light.”
