I am glad to be in a place in my life where I can take it or leave it

it’s a very satisfying feeling not to be dependent on anyone or anything

However

there is one thing that I cannot or will not do without

my faith

my faith has walked with me through the hallways of bad choices I have made

my faith has covered me when the arrows I shot at others returned to me twofold

my faith has kept me alive when my reasoning said it was “no use” give up

I can do without a partner…. If need be

I can do without a roof over my head

I can do without food and water for a spell

but I cannot function in this “Carnival” we call world 🌎

with out my faith
