I have determined

it is up to me

to see what is available to me

when circumstances or situations do not hinder me …….. from sorting out the good…. there to see

makes no difference……. Place or time there is something good I can find

for only a fool would label things good or bad…. Happy or sad… for all contain elements of both

my focus doesn’t deny the parts I would prefer to be absent… but combats the less desirable with the  remarkable

Your discomfort presently is a passing event and I am grateful that discomfort makes me have empathy for you and that I am able to have that concern

it is a mark of maturity when you are able to share another’s pain

I will count that as a plus in spite of the negativity that surrounds it

I found the positive…..  always there if you look for it
