I can’t see the future

so I stopped looking

but I can see today

my feet are in today

my focus is in today

my life is in today

I need to be aware

of where my feet are

to be sure my mind

is in the same location

There is a time for projection

there is a place for desires and dreams

their place is at the end of the day so as not to disturb reality

I need always to see my feet and feel my body in them
