so a novel idea was imparted to me

stop looking at my past as something bereft

and use it as an organon,look back and study………………and then move on

i cannot dwell in my past, but only a fool never looks back to see patterns or fears that only with careful examination and work, disappear

so it’s no longer crap that i need to forget, part of my story with it’s turn and twists

and those lessons that are still to be learned will continue to cause problems until they are learned
