I was sorry to hear you slipped

got caught in your safety net

kinda strange to think that what was intended to prevent

ended up being the culprit

but I suppose I’ve been there before

thinking I was capable of protecting myself

l have long since put those thoughts on the shelf

I am limited to what I can see and my eyes often lie to me

so I took down the camera and the boards across the doors and turned my security over to the best outfit around
