i merely wish to suggest an alternative to mild non violent offenders initially being incarcerated for first

offense incidents

The Human Zoo

The necessities of course would be provided in a no frills 10 x10 shelter …… heated by provided wood and cooled by ceiling fan and equipped with rechargeable lights.

The confined area would show no signs of incarceration……electric fencing hidden behind foliage. A natural habitat complete with swing and flowers.

The resident would be required to complete courses during his 30 day to 90 day stay centered around self reflection and self appraisal….. to be evaluated for possible mental and physiological issues.

Depending on the evaluation stays could be increased or shortened. The process is reprogramming through nature…. Which heals with medicine and meditation we cannot conceive.

Every offender need not go to jail…. Perhaps a period at the Zoo……”the Human Zoo”
