Billy came to his first meeting…… he can’t stop shaking…… it’s a difficult situation to be in….. we know and he knows a drink will fix that …. But it won’t be just a drink…..no one knows how many will follow

His skin is crawling and stomach distended…… beads of sweat line his forehead……the paradox is the worse day of his existence….. for he is far from living…… could be his best ….. if ………he surrenders to our disease and asks for help

He is close to DT’s so we are watching him…..we may have to offer a drink…..someone may have to bolt to the nearest store for a tall one…

he doesn’t want to be hospitalized…. But he may not have a choice ….. we continue with the meeting as he trembles…… nothing new to us ….. we have either experienced it personally or witnessed it before

the good news is there is hope and a reprieve…. But there are some requirements…… no there’s no joining fee ….. just a willingness to follow a few simple suggestions
