Hi……. How many times have we entered into what we thought were fun and games….. only to find they weren’t fun…… and they weren’t games….. but traps

How many times do we pause and think through the situation before us? For me…. Not nearly enough.

Everything has a price…. Is what I am about to enter in worth the expense? Will everyone involved benefit from this experience? What are the repercussions of this event?

How many times do we want a redo and wish we had  never started….. for me ….. thousands. Is it fun if it affects others in a negative way…. No. Is it a game if we know there’s potential for harm…No.

I’ll stick with monopoly or checkers… tennis or badminton…… they are games that are games that are fun…..and  no one gets hurt ……. Unless they fall, but no one pushed them.

Participation in activities where there is potential for harm to one of the players isn’t a game….it’s evil
