I love my dog he’s older now like me

he never tries to get me to do anything I don’t want to do

He doesn’t play games and is straightforward about his needs

He doesn’t pretend to love me…. He loves me

he knows when I am dejected or sick and hangs with me

he doesn’t care about where we go or what we do

he’s happy just to be with me…and accepts me just the way I am

I wish more people were like him
