The word “storyteller” has taken on connotations of being liberal with the truth.  That’s a shame.

Born a slave to my emotional whims

I careened through the maze of life, almost doing myself in….

then I recalled what I was taught about a “Power” that could get me under control

so I agreed to try and surrendered my life
