The Circus š¤” is in townā¦..
When I was a kid there was a group of words that spun me around.
those wordsā¦.ā The circus is in townā
I would run to my room dump the money jar on the bedā¦ā¦.count my stash and report my findings.
I cut grass as a kidā¦ā¦ a lot of grass ā¦. So I had some cashā¦ā¦.when it got to a certain amount we agreed some would go into savingsā¦ā¦ the rest was mine to do with as I wantedā¦ā¦ as long as my purchase was approvedā¦ā¦ usually wasā¦ā¦pellet gun got vetoed but I knew it was a long shot. I agreed that in the event my mower went down I had the funds for a new one.
but āCircus In Townā was the gospel to meā¦..and to this day my heart still thinks about what being a Clown in a traveling Circus would be like.
I reason a Great Clown must suffer a broken heart š many times to understand emotional pain and have a degree in disappointment.
I have taken classesā¦.. but not that interested in finishing the courseā¦.. just as soon not pay that price for admission.
Not often but throughout the years memories of āthe Greatest Show on Earth brings back memories of the actsā¦.the animals and of courseā¦ā¦the Clowns.š¤”
Occasionally the Circus comes to town usually as I am falling asleepā¦ā¦.
ā Hurryā¦ hurry step right upā¦ Ā to the āGreatest Show on Earth š ā
