I try to speak on topics

I have experienced with

nothing worse than someone speculating about things they haven’t had any experience in

like to say I’ve lived a clean cut life and my underwear was always clean but that would be a lie

Ex…….. a lot of things…..  I’ll leave it at that

some of those Ex activities involved trying to quote

“get over”

on people…….  not proud of it….. my amends are now helping other when I can

the reality is no one “ gets over” …….. we get under

under the deceit, the fabrication and the weight of treating someone badly

unless you’re a psychopath at sometime it will smack you upside your head and make you feel less than zero

awful feeling when you lose your self respect

you won’t listen……I wouldn’t listen and when the sack of misdeeds got to heavy to cart around

I stopped putting stuff into it and eventually I started taking things out of the mental sack and tried to restore what I had pilfered

a very humbling experience…..grateful for it now

 very painful at the time

maybe just maybe if you can justify cheating or stealing from someone or something……. business or group

perhaps what your doing for whatever reason to support whatever you think you need or deserve

you don’t need to be doing it

you never…… never get over……. You get under

and my back still hurts at times and it’s a good reminder
