Nobody told me when I was young

that things would happen that make no

sense

 Nobody told me that people I loved

would become people I don’t recognize

nobody told me that life

would turn me and mold me into

a better person

and it wasn’t always going to be a process

I would enjoy

maybe all the pleasantries we teach our children

should be mingled with the truth about life and living

sometimes it’s hard…….sometimes very hard

but that is just part of life and it will pass

teach reality not fairytales
