Sometimes when I want to fret

i have a dance with the Alphabet

turning and twisting to and fro, never quite sure where it’s going to go

I give it full rein and l let it go ….and often it takes me to places I never knew before

so it isn’t reasonable to expect that I won’t continue to get upset

but when I do before I stew …….I have a dance with the Alphabet

it rarely helps me to forget….but it does help me to accept

I cherish my dances with the Alphabet
