I would like to say I resemble the lead actor in this play…but I have forgotten the script

The lines don’t seem like mine and he seems lost a great deal of the time and that makes me uncomfortable

But I’ll let it go on until it moves in directions I can’t accept and then I’ll rewrite the script because acting isn’t my gift and pretending to be someone else is hard enough

Especially if you don’t like the role or the dialogue
