Well I suppose I could lament about the things I would rather forget….. but then those times would be in vain and nothing would be gained….

and I just can’t look at it that way

Some mistakes were made by impulsive decisions that paid no attention to the warning signs all around me…. Some were the result of trusting people that weren’t trustworthy.. I had a part….hard as it is to own
learning can take on many forms, but regardless of how it is presented…..if you’re not ready it won’t matter

the art of listening and awareness of the context of what is spoken is key to communication and understanding…..

I can’t change my past nor anyone else’s but I can change their future and mine…… if they allow me the opportunity to practice what I have learned
