The fact is that we never stop putting our hands and fingers in things trying to arrange them to our liking…… finger painting

sometimes the colors are wrong and we misalign them….creating puddles of confusion……

occasionally we are in harmony and our hands and eyes work together to create pools of possibilities and we see opportunities…..

the best renderings are with fewer colors and minimal strokes of our fingers

we know we will always continue to finger paint and we should….. the skill comes when we know when to stop 🛑 …. When things are good enough and we reject the temptation to demand more.

Maturity says reaching for the stars is industrious….. but when you reach one……hold on to it
