I could let this rainy day get in the way of the things that I had planned…… but I have a coat and an umbrella and the park is just a few blocks away…..

My dog has a jacket and we have weathered these days before……besides when all is said and done….

there may be rainbows

the rain changes everything and the park becomes “new” ……. all the paths that we trod glisten with droplets of diamonds……

The initial chill leaves very soon as we stride up and down the hills and animals come out to greet us and signal we are here….

Fascination inspires me as I view streams that are revived…..carrying all sorts of things as they glide along…..

I cannot fathom how such a show wouldn’t want to be viewed….. especially since the admission is a mere willingness to come……

We scamper through the woods and both are fairly drenched but like many things in life a little inconvenience is worth it……..because
