What we say matters…..what we do matters even more…..one’s feet and hands speak words that the mouth murmurs……

Cracks can happen when we devalue or take those relationships for granted….. they can be repaired but generally it is time consuming and difficult…..

they can be avoided….if we are living a conscious life  and guard our actions……especially the “spear” aka our tongue 👅…..

mix the concrete…..love…..stiff so it holds all those blocks together and clean your tools when you are finished……so they are always ready to use….
