Little wings 🪽 won’t take you far/ no other way to start

Humbling as it may seem/ everyone starts with little wings

some are fine with little trips/ makes them feel safe and secure/ that is the comfortable gist of their lives/ enough to satisfy their desires for living

Others see the mountains in the distance and long to go there / and exercise their wings to make them stronger

little trips inspire them to wander farther/ these flights reveal more of this world/ they become hooked on learning more

I am not concerned nor dispute those who choose to stay close to home… if that works for them/ but I gather with the birds 🦅 that travel as far as their wings will take them

because now…… the world is my home and my heart full of wonder is my constant companion
