I have lost the desire to hurt myself or someone else

one would say of course that’s right……who would have it any other way

then we proceed to tear apart what someone does or says

the fact is I must accept I cannot and shouldn’t be in someone’s head

For if they mimmick the words I speak …….perhaps I should get a parrot 🦜 instead
