There are occasions in my life and probably in most people’s lives that everything they thought was valuable,  noble and true is stripped from you.

initially you have to accept it or continue beating your head against the wall…..your choice

you resurrect the things that remain solid……you test how thick the ice is by venturing on to it….holding tightly to the rope you secured around a tree on the shore……remember you’re been through this before…….

You slowly start gathering building materials…..God…family and friends and start laying a new foundation…..

remembering you are vulnerable to thieves and foxes of this world because you are naked…… your sunscreen is prayer and what little patience is left
