the chaos without is no longer a match…….for the peace within……..i can turn off the television and sit in the sun and feast on a never ending love affair with the magnificent world around me…….lost for an hour or more watching ants hard at work………………..watching my dogs eat a concoction of leftovers and dog food that makes me gag………..and they choke themselves trying to consume it too fast……..then watching them bask in the sun asleep in minutes…….these simple beautiful things demand me to pause and enjoy them…………..almost like the birds chant, ”no don’t go……no don’t go”…………when i come out of it remembering a call i need to make………………….

i can only do the best i can do……………….but i can retreat and renew in the splendor and Majesty of  ”A Power Greater Than Myself”…………….
