the first thing you notice about someone who is arrogant……..they are neither competent or confident…………their bravado is a smokescreen so you don’t look to close………never fails, they are always loud………..that’s to keep you at a distance…………the volcano is making noises it just might blow…….get out of the way……..run…….go
