a clarafication just to let you know

those are bricks you are throwing……………not marshmellows

the oddest thing…….is you don’t see how your behavior is derailing the train…….

nerves are freyed and patience is strained and you’re hurling bricks wondering why people complain…..

i took a chance………went to the warehouse to the back where i knew some bricks were stacked……..used sometimes to prop open the door……..went to your office and you motioned me in…i laid the brick and a marshmellow on your desk……..i said ”this is going to be a simple test………which one of the would you like smashing into your face”……………..you looked puzzland pointed to the marshmellow……….i nodded….”just wanted to make sure you knew the difference”……and picked up the brick an marshmellow and walked out of your office…..

you called a company meeting the neaxt day….had lunch brought in and said a very good friend and employee had the best interests of the company in mind and called you out for your behavior and said he was right and communication would change……………..and it did……..

we were friends before i came………….and friends now after i retired and you always said i probably saved the company….

you keep a brick and a mashmellow on a shelf in your office…

sometimes the right props work wonders………have a marshmellow………..remember they are white not red
