i used to think it offensive but actually it can be sweet……that someone would have the courage and respect for me to be clear and straight……….that you value me and my time and you won’t pretend for show…..that you love me enough…….just tell me……”no”……….

you need not follow with words that are out of place……like filler in a package to take up space……..don’t ruin the moment with sad attempts of grace………….save the verbiage and stop the tape……..
