after several attempts to stem the flow

reality stepped in and i had to let go

curious thing that allowed me to finally see

i have seen and heard of some incredible things

that people will do to keep the attention on themselves

but wasn’t prepared for this……………

you started doing better and were withdrawing from the flame

but as you got better fewer people came around……..

when you looked like you would finally kick it, the mule that drug you around the track……………….there weren’t enough people cheering…………….

so you decided to go back

you have been very candid with me that’s why i have stuck around……

i figure i could learn something……….it will take awhile to sort this out…….

but your told me in the last few days you appreciated me being there…….you said i couldn’t understand and that was okay you didn’t care……

that you were accustomed to an entourage and getting clean wasn’t keeping them around……

so you make a choice how you would live…………….. how you would die, and though you never said it was strangely obvious to me………..
