no one talks about it………………like so many things

but we all do it as gross as it seems…………..to hurry the process and get back to normal again………………..but we cant wait for the process to end…………we begin picking scabs and the process begins again and again…….

now on this i think we can agree…………there are scabs outside and scabs inside of me…………………..i pick the ones on the outside and others pick the ones inside of me……………………i think their intention is they don’t want me to forget…………..and they aren’t ready for those wounds to heal yet………………………

so i ask you to consider whose wounds do you pick and when will you be willing to get over……………………………………………………….it
