this new found pace has taught me a lot

slowing from a race to barely a trot

i am enjoying things i seem to have forgot

taking time instead of time taking me

we are given all we need to have a good life,

advance and succeed……………………….but we will miss

all of this if we are in such a hurry to get on to the next….

dally through life……………….slow down and do more, see more and learn more
