when you hurt you it hurts us too……………….because we have been there before………when you shut your door, you shut ours too………..because helping you helps us too………………..when you don’t pick up the phone and say your alone……..frazzled and don’t know what to do……..you cut us off from doing our part…..to help you like we were taught to do…………..

we did not arrive at sobriety by reading a few books or attending a few groups…………….we found our way walking with someone who had gone before……..

together we can weather any storm……
