the people you have put in cages……have held you back from progressing to different stages and you wonder why you don’t grow…….because guarding them takes up so much of your time………….spiritual growth take a distant back seat…………….

the captivity has held you captive as well and under a spell that the original offenses are so distorted you vaguely remember the details of many of them………….so you make them up…….adding to a narrative that barely exists…………

this way is easier for you because if you forgive them……. in your distorted mind they won

you will never be at ease or content until you free the captives……….get over your perceived hurt and spend your time swimming in the sea of life instead of being shackled to the dock
