”time out” from the world i know…….to pause and reflect on what i know and what is working and what needs to go………….i place myself in ”time out”…………hard for me to get a good read when i am trying to satisfy others needs………if i am giving too much…..or am i giving enough……….i place myself in ”time out”….

the world and my life are changing and my life is due for rearranging and the best way to start anew is an inventory of what to do with the stuff i have left hanging………some can be tossed out…….and some need to be addressed and given the litmus test……….is it worth the effort to see it through……will it give my life more meaning……….

so let me be and don’t bother me as i would do the same for you…….sometimes to see clearly what’s in front of me i have to place myself in…”time out”…….
