i saw the rabbit from the corner of my eye, the sound as we rode over him, made me shudder…….and ask why.

the report of a family in the wrong place at the wrong time, resulting in a bullet riddled fan and children set on fire,why?

there are many things that make no sense in this fallen world and it is easy to become indifferent, insensitive and cold……but there was a consequence when the apple was pulled from the tree and everything that was perfect took a drastic turn that day.

it would be easy to say God is not always here but i am looking through these eyes and not His eyes.

i do not believe He wanted it to be this way, so many things we do not understand, the hurt, the doubt, the pain……but i suppose it all goes back to when our forbears where determined to have their way………..perhaps the unexplained can best be described as the ”why.”

good thing it wasn’t shoes on that tree…….we wouldn’t have lasted as long as we did.
