room of many colors

that room at the end of the hall has taken on many hues and colors more than it’s painted walls would suggest……………..it serves to house quests and occasional strangers in need of a place to rest…..

sometimes they are happy and sometimes their lives are a mess, and the room comforts them and helps them pass the test……

it has housed each of the owners when communication could not be reached and each has sought this space to serve as a respite and retreat…….spending time alone in confusion and in prayer, until and olive branch appeared and took them out of here……..

the room of many colors, moods and circumstance has sheltered many souls seeking solace and a break, the cocoon has surrounded them to comfort and remind……………we are just human……. disconnected from time to time

so this place has a special meaning as i pause to think it through, makes me think it’s a pocket in the robe of my Lord.
