i put up signs in my mind this road is temporarily closed, you see the thoughts were coming to me were not benefiting the cause.

so with the utmost practice i have found my mind isn’t always my friend, sometimes it’s a confidant and often throws things into a spin.

so when it becomes a liability the signs go up to remind, that i still have misconceptions and fears that are embedded in my mind.

now they may go away through this spiritual path i tread, and they may remain……….. until such time these signs may be displayed in my head.
