i am right here, right now and i don’t care or need to be anywhere else. their is no turmoil inside of me that would keep keep the wheel spinning in my mind. grateful for the peace and presence of a life that is somewhat new to me. no longer a slave of my thoughts, the chains of the ”bondage of self” are loosening their grip on me.
