there is a thread that stretches further than my mind can see.

connects me to a power source that never loses conductivity.

through all the storms i’ve faced and all the calamities, one thing has never wavered and that’s the connection that thread has with me.

some say it’s just a mindset, some say it’s make believe, i say there has never been a time when that thread has failed to secure me,

to a constant, vital force that stand’s guard over me and i have the experience and the scars to prove that it’s a reality.

believe what you will, i am tethered to the rock……….safe and secure.
