it’s not your job, to see that i’m intact

happy and comfortable in the setting at hand

but sometimes i hate to admit, i expect you to perform miracles

and that’s not part of your gig

when i come together, with spouse, family or friends i have to remember that they can’t be expected to cater to my whims

if i think that’s going to happen then nobody wins

i am in charge of how happy i intend to be and the only one responsible for that………….is me

so you can take the night off, the weekend too, next week and those after because i am ending your deployment and taking over those responsibilities because, it’s not your job
