an occasion was such that we needed to move the fridge

and to our surprise what we found was this

old remnants of dust and debris, such that would make a sailor,

sick at sea

so we cleaned and moved it back into place and as we did a notion came over me

what sordid trash have i been determined to retain, inside my heart and inside my brain

so i began on a mission to strip all the anger and animosity that keeps me sick

that project i am beginning to see will take the rest of my life before i am free
