i have come to this place and it has proved impossible to refute, sometimes you win and sometimes you lose

the only solace comes if we know we have done our best

the battle rages between right and wrong…….often it is obscured and camouflaged, but it is there in varying degrees and it always will be

the illusion that i could aspire to a place where discernment and experience would prevent such missteps is a noble ideal and about as practical as roller skates on a dog

i will always be confronted with decisions that direct and alter my life and the lives of others……………that will never change……………..what must change is the time i take and the effort i make before making the decision
