plato loved

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

one of those early morning lectures, at the assembly square and plato was speaking, so it was going to be packed

yeah, yeah everyone knew he was the ”snik”,hebrew term for dung, but he had something else going for him, he was humble and generally a quiet low key dude

now socrates is also the ”snik” and he knows it, always looking for an audience in the damn market, the baths, anywhere the acoustics are good

so it was going to be packed, so you better get there early or be prepared to stand………………thankfully he is always thrifty with his verbiage

so at sunrise he walks to the podium and says, ”greetings, today we talk about the virtues of love”…………………………people turn to each other silently to say……………whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa

”it is of no nobility that a child should love a mother, but of necessity to survive. we travel the myriad lanes of life and learn love has a price and the potential to crush or to lift. we experience both sides of the coin, some cautiously accept the price as the cost of something irreplaceable nor duplicated and others forgo the experience after a good stampede of the heart. after the horses are gathered up and in the pen, the fence is strengthened and that doesn’t happen again because the fear of hurt has won the war between love vs. pain. so my fellows, knowing the risks associated with endeavors, and risk the exposure of these feelings is the highest of virtues. to know clearly the risks involved by being vulnerable and to proceed anyway is the realization that anything of real value is expensive, and the virtuous and noble man or woman knows the cost and is willing to pay”

wow……………….i suppose i’ll go buy Cleo some flowers when the market opens, she likes flowers

nothing like waking up with a rock star
